Are all of your cookies really gluten-free?
Yes! Every cookie we bake is made in a 100% dedicated gluten-free home kitchen, so there’s no risk of cross-contamination. We take gluten sensitivity seriously and use only verified gluten-free ingredients in all our recipes.
What makes your cookies different?
Each cookie is hand-weighed, hand-shaped, and baked in small batches using farm-fresh duck eggs from Mimi’s own flock of Welsh Harlequin ducks. Duck eggs are richer than chicken eggs, giving our cookies a decadent flavor, chewy texture, and beautiful color.
Do your cookies contain nuts or dairy?
Some of our cookies do contain nuts or dairy (for example, Chocolate Pecan Pie). We always list all ingredients for each cookie in our product descriptions. It is important to note that cross contamination is likely for nuts and dairy. If you have specific allergies, please contact us before ordering.
How does the Monthly Cookie Box work?
Each month, we feature a rotating selection of seasonal cookies. You can choose from two delivery dates each month for the freshest possible treats. Cookie boxes are available as a one-time purchase or as part of a subscription — so you never miss a month of sweetness!
Can I choose my flavors in the box?
At this time, we offer a curated assortment each month to highlight the season’s best flavors. Every box includes a balanced mix of classics and limited-edition creations, handpicked and handmade by Mimi herself. Customization is not available at this time.
How should I store my cookies?
Our cookies are best enjoyed fresh upon arrival, but you can keep them at room temperature for up to 5 days (depending on the conditions of your environment, like heat or humidity). For longer storage, freeze them in their sealed bag for up to 2 months — let them defrost at room temperature, and enjoy! (Tip: warm them slightly before serving for that fresh-baked taste.)
Do you ship nationwide?
We currently ship anywhere with the Continental U.S. We’re working on expanding our shipping options soon — join our email list to be the first to know when we start shipping farther!
Can I gift a cookie box?
Absolutely! Our gift subscriptions make the perfect surprise for friends, family, or coworkers. You can choose a 3-month or 6-month subscription, and we’ll include a personalized note with the first delivery.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?
Yes, depending on our baking schedule. We occasionally accept custom orders for events, holidays, or corporate gifts. Send us a message through our Contact Page, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
